Useless staff

So once again i get little to no service from getbucks. Since there is a constant delay with payments i decide to type a msg on the chat to ask if there is a delay before i apply as i cannot wait for a week to be paid out again. So i send a msg and im number 35 in the que. Shocker. So i wait and eventually after 25 minutes Mologadi joins the chat and greets me and i give my query. Mologadi just decides to leave the chat without answering my query. So i send another msg and ask for assistance again. Waiting patiently in the que and guess who joins the chat again after almost 30 minutes and guess what this thing Mologadi leaves the chat again without answering me. I will never use your pathetic service again thanks to Mologadi.
