Useless no one can answer a people

I have used get buck before and never with a issue I asked for a loan 6 days ago due to an emergency. I have contacted then no less than 3 times a day to ask that status of the loan as online it keeps saying I need to be verified. Each time I speak to a agent they say the same thing and ask me to email all my documents through again. How many times do I need to do this to receive a simple yes or no answer?? and if all is good and approved as it was in the past how long will it take to get the funds if it takes this long to apply? are there any people doing there job at getbucks??
