Useless, inefficient service and empty promises

<p>Many years ago I registered on the GetBucks website but since then, I no longer have access to the email address or the phone number used during registration. In fact, it's such a long time ago that I cannot even remember what crednetials I used. Some months ago I chatted visa your Support Chat. The consultant was not able to assist me (no surprises there) but assured me that the Back Office support team would call me to resolve. Now, months later, the matter has obviously been forgotten. Today I attempted to use the Chat portal again but your consultants were all too busy to assist. </p>
