Useless consultants and service hidden behind lies

Made an application on Sunday of which i new would only be processed on monday.

On monday i received an sms saying congrats your funds have been made available, i then paid the funds into my bank account and now i still wait.

I was advised yesterday by Nnaka that the payment will reflect in 24 hours as there is a delay. 24 hours have since passed an still i wait. I contact you again today and was told that payments are being made but there is no time frame that can be provided as there is a technical issue but should be resolved in the course of today.

Now yesterday i was told 24 hours, today i am told they do not know when it will happen. How can one company provide such conflicting info and also not have turn around times to provide to client, infact correct timelines as i was **** to by the first consultant.

I urge no one to make use of this service as it is falsely advertised as instant when it is far from instant. I app**** on 07/09/18 it is no 09/09/18 and still i wait.

I will advise once someone figures out some proper response.
