Urgently need collections department to call me

HI, urgently need to get hold of collections department. Nobody answering the phone. I had to reverse my debit order due to medical emergency and not being able to afford the payment this month. Ive been trying for two days to get hold of collections department to make a payment arrangement, but nobody answers the phone or calls me back for the voice messages and emails Ive sent.<br> <br> This morning I got a message saying they would report this as ***** to the bank.. A bit extreme, since Ive desperately been trying to get hold of Getbucks to explain and arrange a payment arrangement.<br> <br> PLEASE can somebody call me. ***
