Updating my Credit report/Claiming Non Payment

Can someone competent for once really assist me as i'm really getting frustrated about this.<br> <br> My Credit report on Transunion indicates that i'm in arrears for 30 days. Can you please tell me how is this possible ......Really now<br> <br> <br> Come on I cant continue like this with you people
