Update profile

I have had existing loans with GETBUCKS and they requested a bank statement with my last app . There was a debit order which I had reversed which was an insurance policy so my loan was declined . My profile has now been suspended . How do I get this profile suspension lifted? I feel that if prvious loans have been paid up to date this is unfair pactice .
