UNRELIABLE,NO SENSE OF URGENCY

Loan approved,contract received,debit check approved but still no funds.

The contracts states that the loan agreement is effective from date of approval yet no funds received. This is pure misrepresentation and should be taken up with the ombudsman. We are expected to pay interest on days where the funds were not made available? Been over 24 hours now and yet I don't have the funds but interest is accruing.
