Unreliable

On Friday, 11 September, I app**** for a loan via the online site.<br> <br> The site indicated that should I be approved, the funds would be deposited in 30 min time.<br> <br> I received the approval via sms, after waiting several hours for the funds, I then called in just after 4pm. The consultant advised that they were experiencing some problems, but that the matter has been resolved. The consultant proceeded to guarantee, that I would receive the funds before the end of the day, meaning that I did not have to make alternative plans, meaning I could trust and rely on them, meaning I would still be able to resolve my emergency.<br> <br> It is now Monday, 14 September, I am struggling to get hold of the call center.I have still not received the funds. I have not received an email, sms or phone call to advise me of the delay and or progress in this matter, showing no disregard for me.<br> <br> Today, 3 days later, I would have already made alternative plans, if Getbucks had the decency to contact their clients. I regret not using their competitor, Wonga.<br> <br> Please call me today, so that know whether to use Wonga's services to get the same loan or not.<br> <br> That is all I ask.<br>
