Unpaid getbucks loan

I'm so disappointed by Getbucks. I have been waiting for a week for a payout with regards to my internal settlement loan. I app**** last week and it was approved almost immediately pending the submission of the required documents, which I submitted straight away. It still took them a day and a half to formally approve the loan and Inhave to receive any funds. Each time I contact a consultant regarding the above, there is always some excuse about technical issues and there is never a clear cut answer. Honestly, why claim to have a quick turnaround time when some customers have waited up to two weeks to get paid. This is nonsense. Not even the banks take this long.
