I have recently had to make a loan due to an unforseen emergency. I have called and asked for assistance and always get the same message. Finance department is not available to assist or there is a delay with payments. A colleuge of mine took a loan the same day received the money, so I dont understand why. I have take a loan previously and waited more than a week for that as well. Im not one to complain when it comes to service or assistance but it definately seems that the service has become terrible of late.

20 Aug 2019, 12:09I have still not had any feedback regarding this, my car is standing on the N7, broke down and Im trying to get assistance as Im waiting for the money to be paid out so that I can arrange for a tow service to have my car repaired. If you are not able to assist me then please let me know as I will need to make alternative arrangements to get this sorted. You have never been this unresponsive and I cant understand what is happening to the services you offer of late.
