<p>I app**** for a loan on Friday, they confirmed it's approved, to date still hasn't been paid. They will debit my account now for an amount I have not received and cannot confirm when I will receive the payment, yet I am billed on this amount in interest. I just want to know when will the issue be resolved and if I should rather cancel if I can't get the funds by close of business today</p>

Got a call from one your Consultants who promised would be resolved, still not. No one can tell me when I can get the funds or when the issue will be resolved. No one can assist, hiding behind diplomacy and telling me that everything is going to be sorted, no feedback, no resolution time, no help. So disappointed
