Unfairly/ ******** blacklisted

I app**** a home loan at one of the banks and my application was declined ,reason been I have been blacklisted by Getbucks. On investigation it is alleged that I took a personal loan with them and I have not paid the loan amount. I have never took a personal loan with them and I do not know their whereabouts of their offices. could you please assist me as this has ruined my future.
