unexplained insurance charges

I sent am email to get bucks to give me an explaination why so much charges on insurance on my account, i can understand interest, admin fees, lawyers and all that but why insurance? No one could explain to me, I want to settle this account but don't understand how a debt of R6000 has ballooned to over R10000.00 with charges I don't understand, as an over indebted customer how can I be able to afford repay if a credit provider exploits me this way. I hope someone can get back to me so that we can have a resolution to this.
