I was once a satisfied Getbucks client. This recently changed when my trust lending rate dropped from 5 to 1 without notice. They allege I missed a payment. I have requested them to advise when I missed a payment and no one seems to be able to help me. I settle my loans every month, even before the debit order goes through. What is now unfortunate is that because of they have reduced my lending rate - after giving them all my money to settle a loan - they refuse to adjust my trust rate so one can borrow again.
