Unauthorized Debits

I made a loan with Get Bucks and part of the options was insurance. I communicated that i do not need life insurance, which i communicated via email as well. I noticed on my monthly bank statement that they have been deducting money which i never gave permission for. When i called the they referred me from pillar to post and no one could give me a straight answer. I spoke to Joyi, doubt its her real name, she would constantly tell me to hold while she speaks to someone after i asked her a question. She refused to give me the contact number of the Customer Service person, Kerri and manager ****ens. This is unacceptable!
