Unauthorized Debit order Not getting my refund

<p>I am fed up with this company. They authorized an earlier debit order on my account, when I askec them to cancel it, they apparently had technical errors and said they will pay back the money if the debit order goes off. It has been 3 days since the debit order has gone off. I received notification from my bank that the debit order went through. They are now sending me messages that they haven't received the money. What a load of ****. I have sent e-mails tried the chat centre with no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>The money they took was our holiday money, I as still at home, my children are very dissapointed because we couldn't leave for our vacation and there is no money for a small present.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will now have to seek kegal advice and I will sue them for this costs as well.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
