Unauthorized debit order- missing money

A few weeks ago I complained on hello peter after literally hours of calls. My complaint was then resolved quickly. Get bucks forgot to load a debit order - 1 of 5 that should have gone off- I thought it had. I subsequently manually paid R800 for the R640 debit order that didn't go off my account. Days afterwards an amount of R640 was debited off my account without my permission. 2 weeks ago I was informed the money would be credited to my account- but nothing has happened. I was promised (4th time) that the 3 credit reports I paid for and never received would be sent to me- 2 weeks later, still nothing . I've paid R75 for a service which it seems doesn't exist. I have made R17700 worth of loans and repaid R25200 diligently. 1 mistake from them- and I have now been penalised in terms of credit rating, spent literally 100's of minutes on my phone trying to sort this out, wasted R75 on credit reports and at present- lost R640 which they can't seem to find. Their service is easy to use, money paid out very quickly but the administration is **********- I wish I could recommend their service- you would think that for the R7500 interest paid I would receive some customer service.
