Unauthorized Debit order, and no refund still

<p>My original loan's debit order was for the last day in January 2017. I get an sms saying "Get bucks wishes to inform you that a debit order has been loaded on your account for the 14th of December". So I can't get through to the call centre and I go on the chat thing online and get told ok ma'm no problem it won't go off. It goes off anyway. Gets refunded, but then debited again the same day! I've been trying since then to get my money back. Who gives them the right to debit your account earlier than the contract stated??? And why the hell shoul you fight with them to get your money back?? Never mind the bad mark on your credit record, and banking fees??? I will never use them again.</p> <p> </p>
