UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT DATE

<p>I received an sms that my December debit order will run on 14 December 2016. I'm only getting paid on the normal date. I've been on holding for more than two hours just to get cut off. GETBUCKS - if you can't handle the volume of the calls, then dont make irrational decisions to debit customers account prior to finding out when the actual pay date is! If that debit order run on the 14th, or any prior date than the initial agreed date, I will ensure that I collect bank fees from you, and compensation for a bad refelxtion on my credit report, and a cellphone bill! </p>
