Unauthorised debit order from my account

App**** for a payday loan on 04/04/2015, the promise is to pay same day, they did not pay, so on tuesday 07/04/2015 I asked to cancel. I even sent an email and recieved a confirmation email back. However I recieved to Sms's telling me that I owe them and that they will deduct fund from my account soon. I called on Monday 1304/2015 and spoke to michelle from their office who promised to have the mess sorted out and tat she will call me within an hour, till today I am still waiting for that call. Today 20/04/2015 they decided to decut my bank account, I called again and spoke to Kebabonie who was *********** as the rest and I demanded to speak to the manager. I was then Tranfered to Koketso who is the supervisor, She wa impaptient and kept talking over me.I told her that I will complain on Hellopeter and she advised me that either way she will have to sort the mess out so complaining here wont make a difference. To anyone out ther I wouldnt advise you to affiliate yourself with them as they are unproffesional and ***********, never in my life have I experienced such bad servise.
