Unauthorised Debit Order

I paid up my GetBucks loans on the 20th of May, however on the 25th debit orders still went off, after I had contacted GetBucks and received confirmation of receipt of payments.<br> <br> I went and disputed the debit orders that went off from my bank and now yesterday I still receive an sms that another debit order has been loaded on my account for the 1st of June. Why would they load a debit order over a paid up loan, and where on earth do i get funds on the 01st because i get paid on the 25th monthly?<br> <br> I am a very unhappy customer because I have been taken from pillar to post without any assistance. I need paid up letters and confirmation that the loans have been paid up and closed and no other debit order shall go off my account. I get charged D/O fees and dispute fees. please do assist as this is a matter of urgency<br> <br>
