Unauthorised debit

I app**** for a loan online on Monday & through my application process, I got a message that my application is successful but I need to accept the R25 fee as an insurance. I was under the impression that it will cover if anything happens to me whilst I still owe the loan. I was asked to upload my bank statement to finalise my application. To my surprise few minutes later, I received a regret. I immediately enquired about the R25 fee & Phindile from Getbucks responded by saying the R25 is actually for my credit report & I'll be paying it monthly regardless of the loan declined. I told her I don't want credit report & need to cancel that R25 monthly fee. Since Monday I've been waiting for feedback from that department she claimed she escalated my problem to. I still say I don't want to pay R25 monthly fee for credit report. They really need to solve this & I'm impatiently waiting for Getbucks's response on this matter.
