Unacceptable Service

<p>I have been a client of Getbucks for just about 2 years , I have always been happy with the service . I app**** for a loan and it was paid out to my eWallet, I have been waiting 6 days for them to sort oout the problem on their side , I think this is unacceptable , they are not doing anything to assist me, I need the loan I app**** for , for all my utilities, I am a single mom and I need a extra bit of cash , so me without the money that has already been approved I am short of formula milk , diapers and my own food !!! Do you think this is treating the customer fairly ? By making them wait 6 days for money already allocated to them ? Why are you not helping me , I am in tears because of you I am without food because of GETBUCKS they do not have any humanity , because they just promise and promise !!! They are not able to go the extra mile , nothing. . . How can such a company even operate if they cannot even fix their own problems, this is really insulting, I am suffering and they have nor integrity or loyalty!!! I am disgusted by GETBUCKS!</p>
