Unable to provide me with a statement of accounts

I have an outstanding debt with getbucks and as a result my credit score is very low, I need to make proper arrangements with getbucks. I need a statement with the breakdown of all costs incurred and amount owed in order for me to make necessary arrangements. Till today no one is able to email me, i have been sent from person to person always, tried calling many times without a solution<br> regards<br>
