Unable to login

I have not yet been able to log into the Getbucks website. I registered from my phone, and it came to a point where it would not continue, now when I log in it says that I am not on the system and that I should register, when I register it says that I am already on the system, so am I on or not. Spoke to Donwyn via the chat service online yesterday, she apparently sent the request to reset my details, until now I am still waiting for that email to come through. Do you not want us to use your website at all?
