Turnaround time - completely untrue

Good day,

I app**** for an emergency loan with GetBucks as they promise a speedy turnaround time. It has been 24 hours since my application and the status still reflects as "Verifying Employer". I chatted to a consultant THRICE who told me that it was still with the Risk Department and when I followed up with three more questions, "Does it usually take this long?", "Will they advise me if its declined?" and "If its at the risk department why does that status indicate that they are verifying my employer?" THEY EXITED THE CHAT WITHOUT ANSWERING!! Seriously?!
