Trying to sign in

I have not yet been able to sign into your website, when I register the site states that I already exist, if I then try to log in the site states that I should register???<br> <br> I would really like to make use of your services but getting onto your site is more difficult than passing a maths exam. Yesterday I chatted to someone on your website chat and they confirmed that I can get a loan, however since then I was supposed to send an email to [Email Removed] and nothing has happened since.<br> <br> Why is it so difficult just to get onto your site?<br> <br>
