Trying for 2 months to update ITC

Hi I paid and settled this account. But to get them to update ITC has been a mission. People say they are escalating and trying to send updates but transunion says they don't get any. Been trying since 21 June and it's going onto 2 months now. Trying to apply for a home loan but with this open on my credit profile is making it hard. Any help from management in this company would be highly appreciated. <br>
