total lack of customer service

I write this report completely and utterly disappointed in your services... I have app**** and been approved, sent my contract and everything for a payday loan for this last week until I get paid as I had an emergency that I needed to pay for, so I have no debt and hence this was my only way for additional and extra finance. Anyway today is now Wednesday (2 working days later) and yet I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PAYOUT ON THE LOAN ???? *** ??? I mean you keep telling close of business... yet EFF ALLL!!!! I mean I understand you have system issues or whatever the hell it is BUT WHY ADVERTISE ON YOUR WEBSITE YOU CAN HAVE YOUR LOAN PAID OUT IN 60 MINUTES ?? I am just so disappointed, I obviously app**** for the loan as I was in dire straits yet left out in the cold... anyway it is what it is and yet I will probably (if lucky) get a call and tell me close of business ******** again.
