What a terrible service truly!
I app**** for a loan on the 2nd of February with these guys. Ever since I've been requested to send different documents and I did as they said. Today this afternoon they suspended my account with them, I've been online chatting to WELMAR and NNANA. Welmar escalated my query whilst NNANA saw my questions, never answered but left the chat!
What kind of service is this?!! Is this how you guys **** people and rob us? Seriously yourl don't deserve any support from us. In other words they declined me but can't give me a reason or so. I will make them famous especially those consultants that are getting paid for nothing...
