They *****ing my money

hi, i have finished this account but every month they still deducting small amounts. I spoke to one of their online consultants and he said it was interest on arrears, but i am up to date now and no payment will go off any longer. I just received sms that they have loaded another debit order od R159. Surely all these conversations are recorded? I want them to close this account as i will never do business with them again. Please make them stop as they have also blacklisted me. I feel if i dont do something these payments are not going to stop. I will take this further if i have to as this is my money they are now *****ing...
