They dont know what they are doing!

On 13 Feb I logged onto my Getbucks account to check my o/s loans. I saw there was suddenly an \arrears"flag. I phoned and was told that I needed to pay R626.08 to get it up to date which I promptly did (still confused as to how this can be!!)! WOW"
