The silence is too loud!!!!

I settled both my active loans with Getbucks so atleast I could have a nil balance when I apply for 1 loan.<br> <br> I have sent through email after email and now noticed interest has been charged on one loan whilst the other one is in credit. Why is there no allocation done???<br> <br> All the consultants I have address this issue to have assured me it will be resolved in 24hrs... well I have been waiting since the 25th of August 2015???<br> <br> I am very upset that Getbucks does not take such things seriously but G*D forbid, if I didn't settle my loans, I would have had phone calls after phone calls...<br> <br> <br> Very upset customer...<br>
