The app and all its just a lie its not working

Yesteday i app**** for a loan online via app even now its still pending. Ii tried to even verify my bank details by logging with my bank credintials on their site with hope to speed up my loan but it was in vain. I den again uploaded my statement but still no loan today i sent my statements on their email still nothing. Now im realy scared gor my bank detail plus a loan i ddit get i guess getbucks its a ****!
