Terrible, unacceptable service!!!!!!!!
I app**** for a short term loan which was approved on the 13th December, since today I have not received the funds. I have been calling everyday for feedback and am being advised that their systems are down and that they are manually loading payments. The consultants are very unprofessional, they don't even listen to you and just robotically say the same thing. SERVICE IS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
