TERRIBLE SERVICE AND VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES INSTANT LOANS

I have been trying to get assistance since last week but each consultant provided me with different answers. I called and eventually spoke to Lucy who assisted in getting my loan approved on the 05/10/2020 it is now the 8/10/2020 and still no payout after agents advised it would be paid on Tuesday, then yesterday and when i enquired again i was told there is a technical issue on the finance side, This morning i'm trying to get answers and no response. This is totally unacceptable because if i dont make payment you will be running after me.. Who in Management can confirm when my payout will be done. Can someone from Management contact me now - i advised this is for an emergency but it has fallen on deaf ears. Almost a week for this to be done?
