Terrible service and constant delays

I app**** for a loan on the 4th of February 2020. Then on the 6th I got an email and sms saying my loan was approved but there was a slight delay and that my loan would be paid in soon. Then on the 11th I phoned to follow up and they told me that their system cancelled my loan but they'll resubmit it. A little later I got a new contract and the same sms again saying that there is a delay and my loan would be paid in soon. Today I phoned to follow up and the consultant said that I would only get the funds next week and it hasn't been paid yet as my loan has only recently been approved. At this rate I will not need the loan by the time I eventually get it. And I have to wait longer because they had to redo my application. Its just one delay after another and I am really frustrated now. I was told that the system has been down for 2 weeks now. How can a business allow a problem like that to last for 2 weeks and not sort it out? I am really annoyed by this. Especially since I have been pushed to the back of whatever queue they have because of a mistake on their side. I have been a client for years now but being treated like this all of a sudden is really unacceptable.
