Terrible Service

Very dissappointed in your service! My loan was approved on the 31st of January and to date I have not received the payout, yet at the end of the month, they want to deduct the installment and a full months interest from my bank account? Customer Service Consultants only response is "the payout will be made as soon as possible". Do you think if I didn't need the money I would take out a loan?
