Terrible Service!

My loan was approved a week ago and I’m still waiting for my funds to be paid out! I took this loan as I had an emergency and as a result have had to make alternate arrangements! I get no feedback from the whatsoever, I call everyday to find and get told they are waiting for the finance department to get back to them! Surely someone can get up and make enquirers with the finance department! They are very quick to take your money every month for payment, if we had to delay that it would be a major problem. This is the last loan I will take with them! Terrible service!!
