Terrible Service

<p>I have been listed with ITC by Getbucks as being 30 days in arrears with my account payments for January 2017, which in fact the payments gets deducted by Getbucks via debitorder.</p> <p>All debitorders up to date went off my account on due date, all have been honored but Getbucks still went incorrectly and listed me as being in arrears. They even went so far as to charge my account with R 22.57 arrears interest, again incorrectly!!</p> <p>I have been battling now for the past 3 weeks, sending e-mail after e-mail which I can see has been read......,..no response from Getbucks.</p> <p>I logged on to the online chat, they just instruct you to send an e-mail!!</p> <p>I have called and been promised that the situation will be rectified by numerous agents, to no avail!!!</p> <p>I am still battling with this situation, my credit rating dropped but Getbucks just don`t care and do nothing to rectify the situation!!</p> <p>Poor, poor service........terrible service........stay away, rather use loan sharks!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
