Taking money before due date

I want to know why my money was deducted out of my account before the due date. still waiting for a response from them, they have taken money out of my account on the ***5 and again on ***5 at the deduction on the 24 didn't go of now I would have to pay extra bank charges due to them not keeping with the arranged date set for deductions. I want my money back.
