Taken advantage of by Getbucks because of my age

This company used to be the best 3 years back but the service has deteriorated to alarming levels recently. Please fix my accounts balance this is just disgusting service. In a space of 3 days my balance jump from to under R2000 to all of a sudden R4000 what is going on here just because i am 57yrs don't mean you can take advantage of me please. I have been a loyal customer for years and this is the treatment i get?
