Stupid and careless staff members.

31 November 2015 Getbucks ran a debit orders on my account and they received payments. on 1 December 2015 they went onto ITC and updated it as I have missed payments with 30 days. I first brought it to the attention of Nhlanhla early Jan 2016 and she didn't bother to resolve my query. I also spoke to Musa Lisbon Mashab (and sent proof of payment) and some supervisor called me and I explained to him and he said he will get back to me. instead of resolving this they hand me over to lawyers. <br> <br> How stupid can that be. First do your job correctly before you can run to lawyers. My account was paid in November why then go to ITC and list them as unpaid. Now my credit profile is impacted negatively because of your foolishness and stupidity.<br> <br> Fix what you did wrong then we can talk.
