Stressed and deperate

I got a call on the 30th Jan that my brother was shot and he died later that day in hospital, I made a loan application with Getbucks and got an sms the very same day that my loan has been approved but I haven't received the funds yet. I explained to them that the reason I made the loan was that we have to transport the body from Welkom to Bloemfontein and since then I have been told there is a delay in the system pay out and my request has been pushed through the urgent list. It's the 7th Feb today and I still hqven't heard anything, the first few days when I made an enquiry I was told that the finance team is busy with the payouts for the 28th and after that all I have been hearing is the system payout delay and the payments are being made manually which takes longer but I must rest assured my money will be paid out. Will I ever get helped or am I just wasting my time? I'm really stressing here because I am literally the only person working in my family and other relatives seem to not care much about helping at all hence I decided to take a loan in the first place and everyone is looking at me to make things happen, it's really frustrating because I asked to be assisted with the number of the finance team maybe they will be able to assist me better but was only told they don't take calls. So can you please please help me get the money today please!
