Stop debiting my account!

I app**** for a loan with you and decided against taking one out. Your agent called and I told them I longer need the loan and I was told that my application would be cancelled. Now I see that you debited my account this past month. Why??? Please stop ******** people, you can't debit my account if I didn't take the loan. I hope this will be stopped immediately before I take action.
