Still wont update records

My mother in law passed away a few months back and I helped my wife pay for her funeral as she did not have any cover or policies, I therefore had to miss a payment on my loan before I missed the payment I explained the scenerio and was informed they cannot hold off and the debit order will just have to bounce so I said there is nothing I can do about it and will have to settle the month after. They then handed me over which was very upsetting and I left it and decided to pay the attorney's off, after the second month I decided to settle in full which I did and the attorneys said all was in order records are updated yet they have not been I AM STILL WAITING FOR A MONTH NOW FOR GETBUCKS TO UPDATE MY RECORDS they tell me its the attorneys the attorneys send me proof that it is with getbucks I call in and I get told sorry we are on leave so I wait and called in on Tuesday the 5th of Jan and get told we are getting to it this is unacceptable! YOU GOT YOUR MONEY BEFORE THE DUE DATE NOW UPDATE MY RECORDS!!!
