Still waiting on my loan to be paid

I app**** for a loan as I needed the monies urgent to sort out things for my sons school. I was told yesterday 10th that the loan was approved and that the monies will be paid out same day. 11th I called your offices and was told that monies will be paid out by the afternoon. I just made contact with your call centre Tarryn and was advised that monies are not paid out and she then failed to tell me why. I sent her several messages and she failed to reply to any of them.
