Still waiting for payment

<p>As a returning customer to GetBucks I am very very dissapointed with the kind of service received this time. App**** for a loan on Wednesday 15 June and was approved 17 June 14:06. Till now know payment has been made into my acount even though I was promised that it would be in by Monday Morning. After phoning this morning was told that I should have the funds by this afternoon. My contract is from 17 June, I am being charged interest for a loan from 17 June but still have not received the funds. They said they had a technical error, but they did not communicate it and I see more people here received the same excusse. How hard can it be to keep you customers informed and sort this out. I hope that I could change this 1 star rating into a 5 star, but with the service we receive I doubt it.</p>
