STILL WAITING

I app**** for and transferred my loan into my ABSA acc on Friday. Now I know FNB to ABSA can take 12hrs or more but it is now MONDAY 12:00 and STILL nothing. Whem I contact their center they tell me that the funds were only released today because they had a "problem" with their ABSA accounts. So instead of fixing it on SATURDAY!! OR doing an Immediate transfer today, you just give me a pathetic excuse and say "it will reflect during the course of the day". What terrible services.
